Can Employees Write Blogs?

However, there are challenges to having your employees write a blog for the company.

1. How much time can employees spend writing?  Only on their own time?
2. Which employees will be asked to write?
3. Who will approve the writing and post it?
4. What are your policies.  Minimum monthly posts?  Maximum?
5. What do you do if someone has frequent typos?
6. How do you keep your staff motivated?
